Music

I thought this would be the most appropriate topic to select even though i know that i'll write more about other areas of myself than just music. But as those of you who know me will confirm, i'm obcessed. Music is a bit of a passion and i feed my addiction by running live music at surge and blogging all the live music lovelyness on surgeradio.co.uk. My degree is fantastic and i think studying history and philosophy has opened my eyes and calmed me down but i'll always come back to spend my hours in the studio rather than reading.

To do before i turn 22:
-get driving license
-go to Glastonbury
-listen to everything Joni Mitchell has ever released
-ditto for Sufjan Stevens
-take up line dancing
-learn French again
-raise some more money for cancer research
-buy a pressure cooker
-get new cowboy boots

what all this says about me i'm not sure... but there it is. Maybe i'm 30 before i'm even 21?

Adele is ok. Kate Nash was quite good fun. Duffy has a good style and its best we don't mention Amy Winehouse. They're all trying too hard however and i recomend you all back the wild Card - Laura Marling.... (more)
